Fifty’s Ecoloc will search for you a two-room apartment that can be transformed into an F3 or a three-room apartment that can be transformed into an F4. Our criteria are as follows:
- the building must be of good quality
- the common parts must be in good condition
- the apartment is meant to be entirely restored
- the price must be about 10% lower than the market price (inheritance, etc.)
- the apartment must be from the 1st floor and above and must have an elevator from the 3rd floor and up
- the plan must be perfect, without any loss of space
If you choose to finance 100% of the acquisition of the property with credit, in most cases the rent covers 70% of the monthly payments. Your apartment is thus reimbursed at 70% by the rents. The IRR (Internal Rate of Return) is excellent.
RENOVATION OF THE PREMISES
Our dedicated department will completely renovate the apartment to make it suitable for a comfortable co-rental. We will also ensure the quality of the work and equipment to make it as attractive as possible. We always work with the same professionals, who guarantee us a quality work at an ultra-competitive price. This unique quality/price ratio renovation contributes to an optimized return.

We also manage the inventory of fixtures at the end of the lease. We take care of the lease contract, and of all the unforeseen events which could occur.
We also ensure the re-rental when the tenants leave the premises. To optimize the return on your investment, we find new tenants within a timeframe that will avoid a lack of rent. Our team will take care of all the relations with the co-ownership and the administrator of the property.
THE RESALE OF THE PROPERTY
If you decide to resell the property, Ecoloc will take care of the search for the buyer and the resale operations with the same “hand-made” service.
